Job Description:

• To be responsible for daily warehouse activities adhering to company policies and operating standards;
• To manage the quarterly rolling stock count and the yearly full stock count;
• To investigate stock variances, report on issues of stock problems;
• To manage inventory control system to ensure stock accuracy;
• To handle physical stock movement and inventory such as incoming and outgoing stock;
• To make recommendations on stock control policies, implement and execute inventory control system and procedure;
• To undertake ad-hoc duties assigned by superior, if any.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma / Degree in Inventory / Supply Chain Management / Warehouse Management or other related fields;
• 2 years of related working experience in real estate industry;
• Good coordination and problem solving skills;
• Well organized and able to handle multiple tasks in systematic manner;
• Required language: English
• Able to speak Chinese will be an added advantage.
