The job is to be specialized in being Professional Recruiter in the future. Able to identify/screen/qualify candidates for positions; the recruiter also reviews, reformat and presents resumes to hiring managers. These are some of the duties and requirements of a recruiter.
- Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
- Foster long-term relationships with candidates
- Review and understand technical job requirement requirements
- Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met
- Format resumes meeting client expectations
- Research new technologies
- Create detailed job descriptions
- Follow up with candidates

Job Requirements
- Aged not over 30 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree / Master Degree in business or related fields
- Active with excellent problem solving skills
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Ability to learn technical information
- Self-confidence and self starter
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
- Good command of English and Thai in both written and spoken
- Good Leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work hard after working hours if necessary
