Sales Manager (Telecom Connectivity, Cloud, IDC & ICT Solution)

Job Description

As a Sales, we expect an aggressive Hunter for business development n Thailand and/or Laos Region, and delivers profitable sales, through enthusiastic, skilled and professionalism to meet the needs of our customers. Target customers could be carrier, enterprise or channel partners, depending on sales’ ability and customer base.

Job Duties

  • Achieve sales & revenue targets by identifying and securing business opportunities from prospective customers.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, develop a portfolio of key customers in enterprise clients in Thailand, Laos region.
  • Formulate Sales & Marketing strategies, establish, develop and maintain effective business relationships with nominated accounts and develop long term partnership with them.
  • Review & analysis the market situation and report to senior management periodically
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, channel partners, suppliers etc.
  • Manage individual pipeline on system to provide accurate forecasts.
  • Provide product information, pricing, quotes, providing end to end sales journey.
  • Resolve customer issues and dissatisfaction.
  • Work closely with teams in other subsidiaries of the company.


  1. Basic Salary, On-target KPI bonus, and discretionary year-end bonus.
  2. Social Security, Provident Fund.
  3. Medical Claims, Transportation, Telecommunications allowance.
  4. Working hours: Monday-Friday 09:00-17:30.
  5. Occasional Travel required.

Job Requirements

  1. Thai Nationality, Bachelor degree in any field.
  2. Minimum 3 years sales experience in IT & Telecom industry with proven sales track record, preferably with global carrier or IT company working experience
  3. Basic understanding of competitive landscape, with product knowledge of telecom industry; network, internet, cloud, IDC, ICT, SD-WAN etc.
  4. Experience in China Market or Mainland China Background is a plus
  5. Aggressive, Self-motivated. Customer-oriented, Results-oriented.
  6. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  7. Self-starter, able to interact with people at all levels and the ability to work unsupervised.
  8. Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment, with entrepreneurial skill set.
  9. Good command of spoken and written English, ability to speak Mandarin is a definite advantage.
