- Respond to new enquiries as soon as they come in;
-Fact find and understand the client’s requirements
-Support buyers and venders throughout the transaction process, ensuring best possible service for all parties
-Work independently and take initiative to drive sales when required
-Complete face to face meetings, viewings and on-site visits in a professional manner
-Team player who works towards team targets (as well as personal)
-Attention to detail
-Out of box thinking to overcome challenges as they present themselves

Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in real estate industry
- Knowledge of the local property market in Thailand
- Proven track record closing your own property sales
- Understand the required process of nurturing a lead to sale
- Drive and determination
- Excellent communicator in both Thai / English, over email & telephone
- First-rate presentation skills
- Good level of understand of Excel, Word Doc, Email and CRM platforms
- Must be able to work weekends to complete client viewings
