Job Description

Monitor construction plans on the oart of the structure and architecture.

Monitor and report the progress of the construction plan.

Monitor and coordinate with the involves parties in the estimating process and quotation proposing.

Job Requirements
  1. Bachelor Degree in Architectural or Structural or Civil Engineering or related field.
  2. With 3 years experience in Construction, Real Estate, or Construction consultant business.
  3. Fair knowledge of English, able to communicate both verbal and written to get message across.
  4. Computer literacy, Knowledge in AUTOCAD
  5. Able to work at Thailand or Oversea

 Advising any probable cost reductions on project costs to meet budgets.

 Advising on capital cost versus future maintenance cost.

 Advising on project cost implications for any clients’ stipulated changes.

A combined services package, which includes Electrical, Plumbing and Sanitary, Fire Protection and Air-conditioning, Mechanical Systems and Building Automation/Building Management System, ensures a fully coordinated finished product which will satisfy Building Owners.
