Brief Job Description:

  • Project budgeting and resource allocation
  • Plans and monitors projects to meet deadlines, quality and budget requirements
  • Manages client relationships and serves as the primary day-to-day contact for external clients
  • Provides support and input to sales and external clients, including education about the localization process, as required
  • Understands and manages client expectations
  • File Management: File tracking, integrity checks, hand-offs, hand-backs
  • Collaborates with production teams to create, implement and maintain appropriate client- or project-specific procedures, solutions, checklists and instructions
  • Ensures the accuracy of financial project data, workflows, schedules and processes to maximize efficiency and profitability
  • Collaborates with internal teams to initiate and implement procedural changes and customized workflows
  • Resolves questions and issues in a timely and effective manner for clients and internal teams
  • Status reporting and post-project reviews
  • Organizes and participates in client meetings

 

Required Qualifications:

  •  Fresh graduate are welcome
  • 0-3 years experience for Junior/ 3-5 years experience for Senior
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and preferably Microsoft Project
  • Ability to write project documents, in English, in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong customer service, negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to compose business emails, in English, to clients and linguists
  • Clear and effective English communication skills in meetings and over the telephone
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Willingness to work flexibly and/or beyond regular hours as required
  • Ability to work methodically and demonstrate good organizational skills
  • Demonstrate an ability to make decisions and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to perform under pressure, meeting tight deadlines while prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Client-contact or customer service experience would be advantageous
