Responsibilities:

• Managing the production plan to be consistent and sufficient for the needs of the production requirements.
• Organize staffing levels to suit production and organize manpower for the job.
• Monitor employees’ performance in accordance with standards and continuous coaching.
• Improve efficiency and eliminate waste in a department with a systematic approach.
•  Supervise spare parts and consumables procurement. Provide the right amount of valuable use.
• Caring for machinery and equipment to be ready for use and preventive maintenance.
• Explain the problems and obstacles of production to supervisors know. To find solutions
• Improve and develop how it works.
• Supervise and monitor subordinates for compliance. TLS 8001-2546
• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

• Male, age over 25 years old.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering preferable in Ceramic, Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Production, Chemical, Material or other related fields.
• 5 years of experience with 3 years minimum in production control
• Strong analytical, problem solving skills with effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good presentation with leadership skills.
• Highly self-motivated and enjoy working under pressure.
• Good communicate in English both in writing and speaking.
• Expertise in Computer skill.
