Job Qualifications
– Minimum of 5-7 years of years- working experience in a product development and business development, preferably as a Product Manager / Assistant Product Manager.
– Minimum of 3-5 years of years- working experience in hospitality, F&B or services industry.
– Bachelor- s Degree / Master- s Degree is preferred.
– Ability to manage projects from start to finish independently.
– Knowledge of cross-cultural differences in feedback design and analysis.
– Strong analytical skills including experience in the design and implementation of customer experience analytics.
– Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
– Good strategic planning, negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skill
– Able to travel both domestically and internationally

Job Details
– Grow company revenues, increase customer- s satisfaction, reduce investment or operating costs, by developing new products.
– Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Operations teams to understand consumer insights and desired product attributes
– Manage the development process from gaining consumer insights analysis, product conceptualization, prototyping, testing, measuring results, and implementation with timeline
– Ensure products are safe complies with government regulations
– Work closely with project team and engineering to develop prototypes for products.
– Work with vendors and operations to identify issues with incoming products.
– Advise vendors on best practices and methods to correct issues.
– Participate in quality assurance process.
– Participate in creating, launching, or implementing new products.
– Develop methodology to test and measure products and applications.
– Manage future and existing assigned products, set objectives and report on performance.
– Generate products and services from inception to commercialization for customers.
– Define products and programs.
– Establish milestone and objectives.
– Coordinate with sales and marketing on development of advertising, public relations and all marketing communications to meet product objectives
– Coordinate with operations and IT on development of SOPs to support new product objectives and establish result measurement protocol
– Work with Operations and IT to collect and analyze customer feedback data to evaluate result product launch versus objectives and to develop next generation products within timeframe
– Lead teams in developing and defining business requirements for retention products.
– Define product vision.
– Work with suppliers and regional marketing teams to deliver quality products.
– Ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
– Participate in cross-functional teams to execute product development plan.
– Conduct periodic product analysis and optimize as needed.
– Supporting the development, concept, integration of 3rd. parties who support the Lub D objectives of new products around quest experience, product enhancement & incremental revenue.
