MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions
- Define procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records
- Plan and implement office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
- Design and implement office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments
- Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, and following up on work results
- Keep the management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports, summarizing information, and identifying trends
- Maintain office headcount by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training staff
- Maintain high job output by coaching, counseling and disciplining staff, and planning, monitoring and appraising job results
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending work-related workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
- Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Required qualifications:
- Thai, 25 to 35 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business administration, international relations or related field. Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage.
- 5 years work experience in HR, staff training, or office/business development, administration or management. Startup experience is an advantage.
- 1 year work experience in staff training or management
- 700 and up TOEIC score, or excellent English communication skills
Preferred skills:
- Familiar with digital tools and tech-savvy
- Knowledge in basic research methods and reporting techniques
- Excellent organizational, time management and collaboration skills
- Able to work in a fast paced, autonomously driven and demanding start-up workplace
- Willing to work extended hours on need basis to meet deadlines
