Main Accountabilities
- Provide appropriate supports to Product Manager (approximately 50 % of the time) through the following activities:
- Management of Subsidiaries’ and Suppliers’ correspondence.
- Involvement in the Catalogue products listing.
- Creation and communication of the Group Products Bible
- Involvement in the Tenders’ management (not for Marketing Assistant).
- Involvement in the Suppliers negotiations preparation.
- Follow up of Suppliers Back End Programs.
- Involvement in ISO 14001 environment procedure.
- Product database management, in SAP (creation of new Products).
- Communication of buying terms for Group Products (prices and others).
- Suppliers database management in SAP (creation of Suppliers file).
Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor Degree in marketing or any related field.
- Good English communication
- At least 3 years experience in similar function or good knowledge of office supply market
- Creative approach to business development.
- Enthusiastic / dynamic / Well organised.
- Be able to operate under pressure and meet the deadline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- PC literate specializing in MS Excel (Ability to do a “Pivot Table” and “SAP” is a plus)
