Job Description:
– .Review and draft all kinds of contracts and compliance documents in both in Thai and English.
– Provide legal opinion in all legal aspects
– Analyze and summarize all relate laws and regulation
– Monitor and update Power-IT Code of Conduct and Policy i.e. anti-corruption, anti-cartel, export control and etc.
– Any assignment as designed by line manager
Qualifications:
– Male or Female, Thai, age not over 35 years old
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law
– 1-2 years’ experience in Law, Legal and Compliance
– Able to communicate effectively in English
