Responsibilities :-
- Contributing the customer requirement and clarifying precisely the solution meet and turn it to implementations specifications.
- Developing “out – of the – box” software and creation values-added on our own solution which appropriate.
- It is necessary to protect and reduce any damage which may happen to customer, vendor and partner shall do something to protect and reduce any damage. It is also the duty to act in any emergency case, then report to the in-charge immediately.
- Implement and customize AVAYA contact center & Telephony.
- Preventive Maintenance.
Qualifications
- Thai Nationality / Male and Female.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer or any field preferably in IT.
- 0 -5 years working experience in windows application development and understand Unix command. Fresh Graduates are also welcomed.
- Ability to manage and configure Windows 2003, SQL 2005, Exchange, Linux and Tomcat.
- Knowledge of C/C++, VB, .NET or Java. Knowledge of database applications development, Microsoft CRM, Microsoft Lync and Sharepoint is preferred.
- Experienced in designing large scale system that process very large number of transaction (or dataset) and run across multiple data centers in parallel.
- Experience in one or more of.net, or JAVA, Web base and its tooling/technologies
- Experience in one or more of C#, C++ is a plus
- Learn new technology deeply and quickly
- Ability to communicate in English clearly and concisely
- Experience in designing data model/working with relation databases; i.e. MS SQL Server, Oracle.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Unit test and continuous integration.
- Able to work in shift or overtime.
- Able to communicate in English, both writing and speaking is an advantage.
- Highly responsibility, energetic, eager to learn, develops problem-solving skill.
