Jobdescription :

  1. Support client on site for IT hardware like Notebook, Desktop, Printer, Phones, Network, AD, migration, etc.
  2. Meet the SLA (Service Level Agreement) as per client for ticket based activites.
  1. To work on client site as and when required.
  2. Actively involve in all IT related activities of Internal company as well
  1. Reporting all IT activities to the line manager from time to time to ensure that the client is updated.

Education :

-Any graduate or vocational training

Work Experience :

-3-5 years in IT support

English Proficiency :

Good – very good
