Job Description
- Working and manage multiple customer’s location for IT infrastructure and IT operation
- Building, installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows (2000, XP, Vista, 7, Server 2003, Server 2008) and UNIX-based in a domain/forest environment
- Manage production environment infrastructures includes service, application, infrastructure health checks, H/W, S/W upgrades, security updates maintain & support Windows
- Manage, design and support of peripherals and components such rack cabinet, printer, wired and wireless network equipment
- Interface, design, plan and implementation of enterprise scale new technology and infrastructure
- Work closely with development and Operational support teams locally and globally to ensure rapid service restoration.
- Maintain audit, procurement, CMDB and service report
- Working with numerous teams within the local and global organization to deliver desktop and server support
- Working with Project Management Office (PMO) to manage, plan and deliver the service
- Provide knowledge and support for technical support team
- Delivering Root Cause Analysis, Workarounds and Solutions for all technical problems with compliance to ITIL Processes on Problem and Incident Management
- Maintaining relationship with external vendors and internal service providers including peer to peer and upward technical escalation levels such other support and development groups
- Continuously improve service and efficiency through the use of better tools, people and processes.
Qualification
- At least 1-5 Years experience as IT Operations Staff, System Administrator, System Engineer, IT Support or Service Desk
- Certified in ITIL v3, Cisco Network, Microsoft Certified Professional is an advantages
- Solid understanding of mainstream operating systems, including: Windows 7, 8, 10 in enterprise environment
- Solid understanding of network configuration and enterprise peripherals
- Thorough understanding and working knowledge on installation, configuration and troubleshooting end-user computing, network components and peripherals
- Ability to learn new technologies and principles quickly and work in an environment that is continually changing and adopting new techniques and technologies.
- Understanding of enterprise scale IT implementation and IT Infrastructure
- Excellent written / verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills in English
- A logical and methodical approach to problem solving
- Ability to work with global teams as well as individually with minimum supervision
- Capability to multitask, and work under pressure with changing priorities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, challenging team environment
- Excellent problem solving capabilities supported by sound decision making capabilities
- Flexibility with work times and location. Flexible attitude to weekend work
