Responsibilities:
Provide Technical Support to End users in software and hardware part.
- Provide Technical Support in Software / Hardware / Network Installation and Administration.
- Provide Technical Support in Client PC, Web Site and Server Maintenance.
- Troubleshooting of custom applications, standard applications, and network environments
- Develop Web Site, client/server-based applications up-to-date.
- Provide Training Course to users as required.
- Provide Basic Troubleshoot to end users on the usage of PC hardware and software.
- Able to communicate Basic English.
- Ability to work under pressure and interactive working style
Qualifications:
- Male/ Female
- Thai nationality
- Age between 22-30 years.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or other IT related fields.
- At least 1 year working experience in software development using these programming languages: VB.Net, ASP.Net and JavaScript.
- Proficient in end-user support and administration in Microsoft Windows Client/Server and network environments.
- Good Knowledge of MS SQL Server, All Windows Platform (Windows Client/Server) and network environments.
- Knowledge of Crystal Reports and Microsoft Share Point would be an advantage.
- Service mind , fast learner and willing to contribute and work as a team.
- Eager to learn for new technologies.
