Job description and responsibilities

• Responsible for all customer service activities as assigned accounts.
• Provide support to any logistic functions such as schedule planning, reporting and filing.
• Collect data and assist the team for any related follow-up issues

Qualifications

• Male/Female

• Bachelor degree in any field
• Good in both written and spoken Business English
• Computer literacy in MS-Office programs (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
