Responsibilities :

• Manage and improve manufacturing output is well-planned and aligned with the capacity and delivery target.
• Well flexibility organized the very high mix and production volume in the limited lead time.
• Being responsible for people management in their responsibility area.
• Develop and manage the improvement project as company’s target.
• Leading the cross functional team to do the improvement activities such as cost saving / Kaizen / QCC and other project to maximizing the capacity.
• Reporting and provide the corrective action to do the continuous improvement of any nonconforming product and process.
• 5s and Safety activities.

Qualification :

• Male, age over 25-30 years old.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering preferable in Ceramic, Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Production, Chemical, Material or other related fields.
• 5 years of experience with 3 years minimum in production control / project management with various improvement techniques including LEAN / KAIZEN / ISO.
• Well understanding with good knowledge of improvement processes and systems.
• Strong analytical, problem solving skills with effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good presentation with leadership skills.
• Output orientation.
• Highly self-motivated and enjoy working under pressure.
• Good communicate in English both in writing and speaking.
• Computer skill.
