MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the consistent use of brand and relevant digital assets
- Develop and implement a communication strategy, including plans for brand awareness, media relations, etc
- Collaborate with colleagues, partners and media vendors when producing online and print communication tools and materials
- Support the production of whitepapers, brochures and other promotional materials
- Ensure online communication channels use the best practices in user engagement
- Analyze online metrics and insights, and revise the communication strategy as needed to increase brand awareness and user engagement
- Provide communications support to campaigns and events for raising brand awareness
- Build relationships with media and pitch stories
- Edit and proofread contents as needed
- Support the Visionary for Digital Design and Media on other communication tasks as assigned
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Required qualifications:
- 25 to 35 years old
- Thai or foreigner based in Thailand (visa and work permit to be provided)
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising, digital media, communications or public relations
- 5 years relevant work experience in producing online and print communication tools and materials
- 800 and up TOEIC score, or excellent English communication skills
Preferred skills:
- Understanding of the technology, telecom or satellite industry
- Proficient in desktop publishing and graphics software, like Photoshop, Indesign, etc
- Experience in website management, SEO, and metrics and insights analysis
- Familiar with brand management, providing communication support in events and media relations
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Strong attention to details and accuracy
- Able to work in a fast paced, autonomously driven and demanding start-up workplace
- Willing to work extended hours on need basis to meet deadlines
- Ability to produce engaging photos or videos
- Basic knowledge of Thai
