Responsibilities
- Develop PR and Communications Plan and promote HFHT image via the website and social media such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Line, etc.
- Create PR media of HFHT campaigns
- Build brand awareness both internal and external organization
- Coordinate with RD Department by creating HFHT media, PR activities and special fundraising events
- PR-Comms / Responsible the GMT reporting for all PR-Comms-related matrices
- Liaison person representing HFHT with all external stakeholders (public engagements, HFHI, etc.)
- Handle HFHT publication by creating brochure, leaflet, signage, souvenir gifts, etc.
- Content creation and management for all online, offline and social media platforms
- Design for HFHT merchandize
- Consolidate and manage all contact data bases for donors, volunteers and event participants
- Responsible to creating (with Program and RD providing information) and dissemination of PR-Comms all publications (e.g. newsletters, event announcements, beneficiary updates, etc.)
- Other related duties as assigned by supervisor
- Support the team and the related departments on an as-needed basis
Requirements
- Male / Female
- Age 24-32 years
- Bachelor degree in Communications
- Strong communication skills and must be able to communicate effectively in both English and Thai
- Outgoing sociable and excellent team player
- Positive attitude, love traveling, and having a good understanding of voluntary
- Willing to travel to the assigned destination
- Able to drive with driving license would be advantage
