Channel Sales
Core Role & Responsibilities :
- Executes sales plan of company’s product Verticals by forecasting and developing annual sales projection for regions and territories, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products and present it to top management
- Coordinates sales forecasting, planning and budgeting processes used within the sales team.
- Ensure daily reporting, weekly reporting and monthly presentation is given to management or immediate reporting head
- Successfully rebuilt business by refocusing sales/marketing strategy on referral and channel relationships.
- Strategically managed and grew distributor relationships, evaluating their performance region by region and identifying opportunities to seek deeper market penetration.
- Develop Prospected clients for new business through telemarketing, direct mail, and networking.
- Optimized market development funds to boost the pipeline exponentially
- Recruited, trained and motivated independent contract Sales Representatives and a dealer network.
- Created, managed, and successfully executed product launch campaign
- Implement organization distribution effectiveness achievement module for various channel selection
- Proactively monitor and review business plan to maintain high level of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales team’s planning efforts.
- Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement by developing sales strategies as well as opening new market.
- Implements sales activities and programs by developing field sales action plans
- Regularly meeting with counterparts with partner organization.
- Focus on Developing Key account and effectively develop relationship with them for higher sales
- Monthly reporting on sales KRA and KPI’s within channel partners.
- Working to sales and revenue targets as set by the CEO.
- Giving feedback to the marketing team on the success of sales promotions.
- Maintains market share by keeping current with supply vs. demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors
- Should be able to maintain progress report of all clients to trace the sales funnel and prospective business

- Achievement of sales, profit, and strategic objectives for the business units supported.
- Accountable for the on-time implementation of sales activities and program.
- Accountable for accurate and on-time reporting essential for sales organization effectiveness.
Education Qualifications and experience :
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or Marketing
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in channel development sales in similar field
- Experience in similar domain will be added advantage
- Well verse with MS office
- Knowledge of CRM will be added advantage
