Account Manager (Client Relations)

  • Serve as the point of contact for assigned clients, including responding to requests and issue escalation
  • Build and maintain strong relations with clients
  • Negotiate contracts to maximize profits
  • Develop new business with clients or identify areas of improvement to meet sales targets
  • Ensure the timely delivery of products and services
  • Communicate or prepare reports on the status of accounts for internal and external use
  • Forecast and track account metrics (example: quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)


Required qualifications:

  • Thai, 25 to 35 years old
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, management, marketing, or engineering. MBA is an advantage
  • 5 years work experience in account management, marketing or sales
  • Solid experience with CRM software, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent Thai communication skills, including report-writing skills
  • 700 and up TOEIC score, or excellent English communication skills

Preferred skills:

  • Experience in marketing or selling technology products and services
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, presentation and client-facing skills
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Strong attention to details and accuracy
  • Able to work in a fast paced, autonomously driven and demanding start-up workplace
  • Willing to work extended hours on need basis to meet deadlines
