- Coordinating with all staff in office and customers
- Handling phone calls and email and transfer to related functions.
- Prepare and filling all documents related to each commercial transactions.
- Managing of customer master list
- Coordinate and track movements of proposal through email and phone call
- Prepare/update Sales Report
- Any other duties as assigned.
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
-Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in the related field
-Good analysis skill
-Good command of English and computer literacy.
-Self-starter, goal oriented, sociable, creative, analytical, passionate to work in fast developing team
