Receptionist & Administrator (Hitachi Asia Thailand located at rama 4 rd.)

Job Description
  • Receive and welcome company visitors and facilitate them as necessary
  • Screen, answer, and direct all incoming calls as appropriate
  • Assist the team in local, overseas coordination and administration matters
  • Keep all related communication equipment in good working conditions at all times
  • Control the stationery & daily supplies stock and place orders when necessary
  • Organize international courier as well as manage messenger services
  • Receive bills and overseeing parcels, documents, messengers, forwarders and mailing distribution to the direct receivers
  • Handle car parking coupons for clients and visitors and ensure the records are properly maintained
  • Handling administrative tasks and other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements
  1. Female, age between 25 – 30 years old
  2. Graduated in related field of the job requirement
  3. 0 – 2 years of working experiences as receptionist or customer services
  4. Good in English communication (both in written and verbal communication)
  5. Good personality and has a service mindset
  6. Being a pleasant and professional manner
  7. Having a problem solving skills, organization skills with the ability to multi-tasks
  8. Proficiency in MS Office i.e. MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
